It’s important to have doctor-patient trust and I can imagine that might be difficult for some people during virtual urgent care visits, but that was not the case with Dr Silva. She listened to me, asked questions, and made a scary situation manageable. She helped me with my problem, educated me about the diagnosis, and prescribed me treatment. She is the kind of doctor I would see on a regular basis if I could.
